Why Athletes Choose Triboh
Unlimited Indoor Facility Access
Triboh athletes are welcomed into Elite Sports Training Center located in St. Charles at any point when they join our program. Here we offer hitting tunnels in the comfort of our "home base."
Recruiting Assistance
With all of our coaches playing baseball collegiately, we have the experience needed to guide athletes through this exciting career milestone. We will coach you through every step of the journey and reach out to our college contacts.
Access to Training Equipment
Located within Elite Sports Training Center, our athletes may take advantage of HitTrax - a data driven performance tool, pitching machines, and Master Mind Sports innovative cognitive training platform - we are the only program who offers this in the Fox Valley area.
Quality Over Quantity
We pride ourselves on meeting each player's individual needs— which is why we intentionally limit the number of teams at each age level to ensure quality over quantity.
A Dedicated Triboh Meeting Room at Elite Sports Training Center
In this exclusive space, our teams can meet to review game and/or practice footage, discuss team plans, recruiting meetings, and college National Letter of Intent signings.
Tournaments & Games
At each age level, we strive to place all of our athletes in the best position to be competitive and successful. We look to play in at least one out-of-state tournament each season. This is in addition to games within drivable distance.
Balance & Flexibility
We understand that some athletes may have other sports they are committed to playing. At Triboh we believe in allowing athletes to explore their interests outside of baseball and encourage players to be multi-sport athletes if they want to. We will work with your individual athlete to make sure they can be where they need to be, while still expecting excellence in our program.

"Triboh is a great baseball program for player development and taking your player to the next level. My son has been playing with Triboh since 13U and is now at 16U. Indoor winter practices keep the player's skills sharp and ready for high school tryouts. Coaches are positive and easy to communicate with. I strongly recommend Triboh baseball!!"
Dan F.
"My son has playing with Triboh for 4 years. All coaches are knowledgeable and take the time to work with every kid. I've seen so much of an improvement in my son with all aspects of the game. The owner is easy to work with and talk with. I highly suggest giving Triboh a shot, if you want to to see improvement in your kids game."

What does your training program look like? When training with Triboh, we know that practice is what matters in making a player's skills stronger. We have two dedicated coaches, one specializing in hitting and one for pitching. Twice a week, players will come in to practice with the hitting coach and pitchers will come in twice a week to practice with the pitching coach. The hitting and pitching practices are in addition to team practices that will run during the season. We know that our players and families have other commitments, so we do our best to schedule one hitting and one pitching session on the same night (ex: one pitching and one hitting session on Monday and one pitching and one hitting session on Wednesday). By doing this, we hope to give proper training time but also allow our players to balance their life outside of baseball.
-
Who are Triboh's coaches?Triboh coaches are experienced coaches and former baseball players. They bring a wealth of experience and expertise that elevates the overall quality of our program. Their deep understanding of the game, from being a former athlete, allows them to effectively teach the knowledge, skills, and disciplines required in baseball. These three pillars create the overall foundation for success. Our coaches strive to serve as mentors, guiding our athletes not only in their skill development, but also in growing a mindset to build character and sportsmanship. Their dedication and passion for baseball inspire our players to strive for excellence, both on and off the field. Ultimately, our coaches enhance the overall experience at Triboh Baseball, ensuring that every player receives top-notch instruction and support to reach their full potential in the sport they love. How many tournaments/games can teams be expected to play in?Depending on the age level, we will play a minimum of six tournaments during a season along with league play. Additionally, every team is scheduled for at least one out-of-state tournament.
-
Do you play out-of-state tournaments?Yes - each team will play at least one out-of-state tournament each season. We believe this helps athletes gain exposure to different levels of competition, create life-long memories, and allows teams to bond. As these tournaments are finalized, families will be communicated to as soon as possible so they have time to plan.
-
What level do Triboh teams compete at?The level we usually compete at is AA; however, we have competed at the AAA level and make our tournament level decisions when teams are formed so players get the most out of their tournament exposure.
-
Do you offer a Fall season?Yes, this is an optional add-on that becomes available once teams are finalized. We will tailor our approach based on how many multi-sport athletes are on each roster.
-
How many days a week does Triboh practice? In the winter, our teams practice three days per week. During the season, teams will practice a minimum of one day per week.
-
Do PO's pay the same rate? With a dedicated PO roster spot, a lesser rate will be offered.
It’s more than baseball—it’s the grind, the growth, and the game.
This is what it means to be a part of Triboh.
