
Alex Najera
Coach Alex is a dedicated athlete and mentor who brings high-level playing experience and academic recognition to the Triboh Baseball program. A four-year varsity player at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Alex posted an impressive career batting average of .353 and was a consistent offensive contributor throughout his collegiate career.

As a member of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater baseball team, Coach Alex contributed to one of the most commanding runs in NCAA Division III Championship history. The Warhawks captured the national title with a decisive 21-5 victory over Messiah University, setting a Division III record by scoring 74 runs across five games en route to the program’s third national championship.
Before college, Alex was a standout at St. Charles North High School, earning All-Conference honors and helping lead his team to a State Final appearance in 2019. As a three-year varsity player and an Illinois State Scholar in 2022, Alex balanced elite performance on the field with academic excellence.
